Abstract
PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. (Telkom) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is services in information and communication. The problem arised is the decrease of quantity and quality on employees performance. It is caused by a lack of work discipline and work environment. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of work environment (Variable X1) and work discipline (Variable X2) on employee performance (Y). The method used is descriptive and associative method. Data collection techniques undertaken by researchers through observation, interviews, questionaire, documentation, and literature study. The result mentioned that the influence of working environment and work discipline of employees on employee performance at PT.Telkom Kases Tanggeung Cianjur Selatan branch is equal to 33,1%, that means 66,9% influenced by other factors outside research. In addition, to test the hypothesis obtained F count for 7.408. The value is greater than the F table of 2.49 (7.408> 2.49), which means that the hypothesis test results are significant and can be applied to the entire population. It can be conclude that the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Telkom Tanggeung branch needs to be improved, now and then
