Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the level of fitness of the members of the PKK organization in RW 10, Gunung Puyuh District, Sriwidari Village, Sukabumi City. Researchers used quantitative methods in this study (Pretest-Posttest One Group Design). The population in this study were organization group PKK in RW 10 Gunung Puyuh District, Sriwidari Village, Sukabumi City, with a total sample of 19 people. This study used purposive sampling where the sample taken has certain age criteria, namely 45 years and over. The research instruments were: (1) exercise program, (2) rockpot fitness walking test / brisk walking. According to the data analysis conducted by this study, it has a significant effect, meaning that in this study there is an effect of Muhammadiyah fitness on physical fitness for the age of 45 years and over in organization group Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga in RW 10, Gunung Puyuh District, Sriwidari Village in 2020.
