An auditory hallucination is a person who is unable to distinguish real life from fake life. When the symptoms are severe, it can lead to social isolation and low self-esteem. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to provide nursing care and provide the application of drawing therapy to clients with auditory hallucinations. The benefit of this therapy is to overcome problems in clients with hallucinations. The method used in writing this paper is a case study. Data collection techniques used consisted of observation, interviews, and documentation. The client in this case was Ms. E. Drawing therapy was carried out for three consecutive days on April 25-27 2023. This implementation was carried out for 45 minutes in each meeting. Clients experience signs and symptoms such as hearing a voice that invites them to speak. Before the action, the authors measured the hallucination questionnaire score of the client and obtained a value as high as 32 (severe category) and after the action, the calculation results showed a value of 19 (moderate category). The results obtained by complaining of hearing a voice that asked him to talk and told him to do something were reduced. So, it can be concluded that the application of drawing therapy is effective in reducing hallucination scores in clients with auditory hallucination problems. The author hopes that the application of drawing therapy can be followed and applied by the client family and clients in controlling hallucinations
