Abstract

Ai Hatan 2019. Spinach Consumer Preference (Amaranthus tcicolor L) at Tradisional Market and Modern Market at Sukabumi Municipality. Advised by Endang Tri Asutiningsih and Amalia Nur Milla. The research aims at to knowing a spinach consumer preference at traditional market and modern market by applying descriptive analysis method. Analysis result shows that spinach consumer at traditional market and modern make has sameness that is consumer chooses quality from spinach light green color. Spinach product feature at traditional and modern market that is selected by consumer is goods arrangement, but from package which puts property, comsumer’s traditional marked choose tied spinach, and at modern market chooses to use transparent plastic. Spinach fresh level at traditional market and modern market that is less that 3 days meanwhile from spinach physical at traditional market chooses small leaf that has no hole at modern market tends to be cheaper compares to price at modern market.
