Abstract

A mobile phone is a two-way telecommunication tool where we can communicate anytime and anywhere to share information. At the beginning of its presence, a mobile phone was issued by a Motorola company, appearing in 1973 in New York, United States. Along with the times, smartphones were known in 1992, with the rapid development of technology, in 2001 smartphones were able to browse websites and were supported by 3G networks and from here many supersophisticated smartphones started, many smartphone manufacturers started from Nokia, Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Iphone etc. The purpose of this research is that consumers are not confused when buying a smartphone, because a website is made to determine the purchase of a smartphone. The method used in this study uses the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. Where the selection is determined based on data that has been collected and calculated in order to get the best value, so that it can be determined which smartphone is the best of several existing smartphone choices. The results obtained from the collected data are managed to determine the best smartphone taken from the value obtained from the calculations that have been carried out. If the value is greater, it occupies the first position for the best smartphone. Conversely, if the results of the calculation get a small value, it means that it occupies the last position in the best smartphone category
