Abstract

According to the International Diabetes Federation (2015) in the world there are 415 million people experiencing Diabetes Mellitus and it is expected to increase by 2040 around 642 million people. The increase in blood sugar is due to a decrease in insulin secretion and impaired insulin function which can cause tingling, easily tired, weak due to an unhealthy lifestyle, such as eating foods that contain lots of fat and lack of physical activity, so that it can cause obstruction of blood flow to all organs, one of which is to the periphery and cause problems with peripheral tissue perfusion disorders. The goal is the application of diabetes persadia exercise in patients with diabetes mellitus with peripheral perfusion tissue disorders. Results: there was a decrease in the level of paraesthesia and an increase in the value of the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI). Conclusion: there is an effect of exercise on the paresthesia level to 1 and the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) value increases to 1,12
