Abstract

The title of this research is Representation Life of Black Race on Survival Album by Bob Marley, which to find out the representation of Black Race’s life in Survival Album’s song lyrics by Bob Marley. The research method that used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The research approach in this study uses sociology of literature to analyze style of language used by the author in representing the life of black race and sociological background that influenced in his works. The results of this research were found to represent the black race’s life which is described through the language style and sociological background of the author as the creator of the work.
