Abstract
Samsung Experience Store is a company that is specialized in the field of smartphone sales, the development of the Samsung Experience Store is now a highly developed company, recording more than thousands of sales transactions in each year so that the company can provide ordering services for consumers to support better sales and service transactions. This research was carried out at the Samsung Experience Store Sukabumi using the SDLC waterfall (Waterfall) model which provides a sequential or sequential software lifeline approach starting from the analyst, design, coding, testing, and supporting stages. needed supporting components to work properly. These components include using the PHP programming language and for storing data using a MySQL database. The design of this system is expected to be able to help and overcome problems that can be useful for interested parties.
