Abstract

Rima PajarWati (1430611017) Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi. The Effect of Revenue Recognition on Profit in Setiabudi Estate Housing (Evi Martaseli, M.Ak and Elan Eriswano, SE.MM). This study aims to find out how the Influence of Revenue Recognition on Profit On Setiabudi Estate Housing. The variables used in this study are revenue recognition (X), and corporate earnings (Y) Setiabidi Estate Housing. The research method used is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The measurement scale used is Nominal scale. The population used in this study is the report of Housing Setiabudi Estate, with sampling technique saturated, the sample size is income report, and income statements Setiabudi Estate Housing for 36 months from 2015-2017. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The results showed, Revenue Recognition significant effect on Setiabudi Estate Housing Profit. Based on the above table shows the tcal of the Revenue Recognition variable (x) of 138.636 with a significant level of 0,000 Tcount 138,636> ttable 2.032, can be interpreted that the recognition of income affects the company earnings and significant value 0,000 <0.05, showing a significant influence. So it can be concluded that the recognition of Revenue significant effect on corporate profits at Housing Setiabudi Estate-Sukabumi.
