Abstract

This study aims to find out how the collection strategy as the revenues of local income. find out how their citizens pay taxes and constraints in taxation of the earth and buildings. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach and credibility test, transferability testing, dependability test, and confirmability test. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with observation data collection, documentation and interview. As well as analytical motion used data reduction, data presentation and verification / conclusion. The results showed that the increase in PAD is the UN collection strategy that is the collection by the RW and the ball pick up. But there are still constraints such as lack of awareness to pay taxes, lack of understanding of paying taxes through the Bank or UPT.
