Abstract

The research aims to identify how the company atmosphere on PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa Sukabumi recently, to know how SOAR analysis implementation as a base of company strategy formula, and decide which strategy needs to be done in the future. The research result shows an internal factor analysis applies IFE matrix is obtained the total score as much as 3,068. Meanwhile external factor analysis applies EFE matrix is obtained the total score as much as 2,400. Based on total score from IFE and EFE matrix, put PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa Sukabumi on cel IV in IE matrix. The taken strategies on such cel position is growth and build strategy. SOAR analysis implementation in formulating company strategy result four alternative strategy. Furthermore, analysis result on QSPM matrix shows that maintaining good relation with customer and having cooperation with other party by hoping invesment capital additional from the third party in order to rise technology use in production process, enlarging distribution network, and increasing human resource quality with the highes TAS score as much as 6,659 is the most exaction strategy that us conducted by PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa Sukabumi.
