Abstract

This research aims to know: (1) Accountability of Village Fund Allocation Fund (ADD) in physical development of Langkapjaya Village, (2) Inhibiting Factors of Accountability and Effectivity of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in physical development of Langkapjaya Village. The variables used in this study are Accountability of Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD, and Physical Development) The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach and credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmatory testing The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with observation data collection, documentation, and interview Method of analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and verification / conclusion. The results of the research show that in general the accountability of the management of the allocation of village funds (ADD) in the physical development of Langkapjaya Village has been accountable and guided by Permendagri Number 113 Year 2014, and the inhibiting factors are Human Resources (HR), Information, and Physical Development not good.
