Abstract

Anis Gesita (1430611126) Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi. Influence of Capital Structure to Company Value with Net Profit Margin as Variable Moderator. (Case Study on Manufacturing company of Pharmaceutical Sub Sector in Indonesian Stock Exchange), Supervisor Sutrisno, M.Pd., M.Ak. and Idang Nurodin, S.Ip., MM. This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure to Company Value with Net Profit Margin as a Moderator Variable in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2017. The type of quantitative research with the study population consisted of 8 companies with a sample of four years of financial statements or 32 financial statements, pharmaceutical manufacturing companies selected by purposive sampling, and data analysis using SPSS program version 24. The result of analysis shows that capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value, while net profit margin shows that simultaneously there is no direct influence to firm value, and net profit margin is moderating variable which moderate or strengthen the relationship between capital structure to firm value at firm manufacturing pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2017.
