Abstract

Klinik Rumah Cantik Irna is one of companies that offer service such as, beauty care for woman. The beauty is a need because skin care is one of the importance thing that should have attention routinely for every woman. The problem of Klinik Rumah Cantik Irna Sukabumi is a purchase interest. Customer does not want to buy a product because customer does not convince with advertisement show and product information at Klinik Rumah Cantik Irna Sukabumi. Other problem is about Word Of Mouth Communication that is customer talk negative thing, which has an influence on convincing custumer. The aim of this research is to know the influence of advertisement (Variable X1) and Word Of Mouth Communication (variable X2) toward purchse interest (Vaiable Y) in Klinik Rumah Cantik Irna Sukabumi by applaying associative and descriptive method. Data collection technique was conducted by observation, interview, questioner, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis technique was started from data arrangement, data tabulation untill the step of testing by using double correlation technique of determination coefficient, double regression linear, and hypothesis test. Based on research result, it can be concluded that there is correlation between psychological factor and corporate image shows that correlation product moment person is resulted as much as 0.669, determination coefficient 44,7%, and the rest 55,3% is had an influence by other factor which is not included in this research. The result of counting F hypothesis test > table is 32,771> 2,15 so that Ho is refused and Hi is accepted. It means there is significant influence between psychological factor and corporate image toward purchase decision.
