Abstract

Development of Literacy Learning Through Constractive Islamic Based Mind Mapping to Improve Literacy of Reading and Writing of PGSD. Literacy is a conceptual framework used as a guide for conducting classroom activities to improve skills related to reading and writing. Implementation of constructive Islamic-based Mind Mapping method or Islamic values is very important as a demand to develop and instill Islamic values in every subject studied by students as prospective elementary school teachers, so that lecturers not only transfer knowledge but animate every transfer Science with Islamic values sourced to the Qur'an. The research was held at Muhammadiyah Sukabumi Univesity students as research subjects. The population in this study are 33 students for 2nd and 34students for 4th grade. This study uses descriptive statistics Sugiyono is to describe or give an idea of the object under study through sample data or population as is, without doing analysis and make conclusions that apply to the public.The result shows that the increasing of students writing and reading literacy skil and the increasing from mid term examination to final examination The implication of the research indicates that the using of mind mapping method encourage students more active in learning process in line with their ages. The teacher can develop this methode more innovative based on the students needs in order to create the learning activity more dynamic and meaningful
