Abstract

This research is a qualitative research which aims to 1) describe the building blocks of the poems "Tengah Malam", "Kebun Hujan", and "Kepada Uang" contained in Joko Pinurbo's Happy Performing Poetry Worship anthology. In addition, this study also aims to 2) use the results of the analysis of the building blocks of the poems Midnight, "Rain Gardens", and "To the Money" contained in Joko Pinurbo's Happy Performing Worship Poetry anthologies as materials for learning literature in schools, especially in learning poetry analysis in class X. To achieve this goal the research method that the author uses is descriptive analysis. Then, the data collection techniques that the authors do are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The results of this analysis can be used as teaching materials for class X students who still adjust to the curriculum and syllabus that have been set.
