Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the application of extrinsic motivation and work flexibility has an influence that can increase employee performance in the marketing field of PT. Parastar Distrindo Sukabumi Branch. This research method uses descriptive and associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 31 respondents who were marketing at PT. Parastar Distrindo Sukabumi Branch by using purposive sampling technique. The data were obtained through a research questionnaire which was distributed to all samples containing 27 statements regarding the variables of extrinsic motivation, work flexibility and employee performance, using a semantic differential measurement system. Furthermore, the data that has been obtained will be analyzed by testing to answer the hypothesis in this study. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between extrinsic motivation on employee performance, and there is a positive and significant influence between work flexibility on employee performance and simultaneously the2 application of extrinsic motivation and work flexibility can improve the performance of marketing employees at PT. Parastar Distrindo Sukabumi Branch.
