Abstract

n Indonesia there are various kinds of credit products and among the many credit products, there is one credit product that is quite interesting, namely “Kredit Satu Jam Cair”, product owned by PT BPR Supra Artapersada, mainly owned by BPR Supra Artapersada Sukabumi Branch Office. This credit product can be said to be interesting because the process is relatively fast when compared to other credit products. So that it can be very helpful for people who have needs that must be synchronized with this “Kredit Satu Jam Cair” product only at BPR Supra. BPR is an official banking institution regulated under Law No. 7 of 1992 concerning Banking and as amended by (Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 10 of 1998) PT BPR Supra Artapersada is one of the BPR in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research method. The results of the study show that the procedure for granting the “Kredit Satu Jam Cair” is broadly in accordance with the theory. The difference between the “Kredit Satu Jam Cair” procedure and the theory is only found in the absence of call visit or survey procedures as well as a written credit financial analysis carried out after disbursement of credit, even so the “Kredit Satu Jam cair” has the aim of streamlining credit service time while still paying attention to procedures and principles generally applicable loans and still trying to evaluate other 6C principles. The application of risk has also been carried out quite well because the annual NPL is not more than 5%.
