Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the system and effectiveness of the management of grant assistance and budget realization. The grant management system consists of 3 (three), namely submission, disbursement, and accountability reporting. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods. This research data uses primary data from interviews with managers and grant recipients, and schooner data is sourced from supporting data. From the results of research conducted by researchers, researchers analyzed that this grant management system has been effective, Because each system has implemented a system in accordance with Peraturan Wali Kota and Undang-Undang what applies. For budget realization, there are remaining funds in 2021 and 2022, in 2021 funds were realized by 99.3% and in 2022 they were realized by 94%.
