Abstract

This final report was compiled by Dehlapi Kazialsyabi, Student Identification Number 1941211018, with the title "REVIEW OF ISSUANCE OF FISCAL CERTIFICATES OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN SAMSAT, SUKABUMI CITY (P3DW 10400)", this report was prepared based on the results of research conducted by the author at the SAMSAT Office of Ukabumi City. . Which was compiled under the guidance of Mr. Rinaldi, SE., Ak., M.Ak., CA and Reni Anggriani, SE., M.Ak., CA. The research conducted by this author is aimed at knowing the functions and procedures for issuing a motor vehicle fiscal certificatewhich is carried out at the Sukabumi City Smsat P3DW 10400. The Sukabumi CitySAMSAT office or P3DW 10400 is one of the branch offices of the West Java Regional Revenue Agency. The research method carried out by the author in writing this Final Project is by using the Descriptive Research Method which explains a situation that the Descriptive Method understands the problems that existin the surrounding environment. As well as data collection techniques carried out by collecting data, namely observations and interviews with the Sukabumi City SAMSAT Office and literature studies through applicable laws, reference books, journals and sites that are already trusted. Based on research conducted by the author at the SAMSAT office of Sukabumi City, it can be concluded that the issuanceof a motor vehicle fiscal certificate is very important when going to make a vehiclemutation because it is the main requirement in carrying out mutations. A vehicle will be processed by an outside party if this certificate is available.
