Abstract

This Final Project Report was prepared by Zalfha Amtul Shakoor, Student Identification Number 1841211016, with the title "Effectiveness of Market Retribution Management in Improving Public Services at Cisaat Market, Sukabumi Regency" which was compiled under the guidance of Mr. Rinaldi, SE., Ak., M.Ak., CA and Mrs. Hj Eris Darsawati, MM. This report was prepared based on the results of research conducted by the author at the Office of Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs. Regional levies are payments made by traders for what is given by the government such as the provision of permits or services for the benefit and to facilitate the community itself. Retribution is needed to facilitate community business activities, the government fulfills and facilitates it by providing services in the form of market facilities to improve services in order to increase local government revenues to finance the implementation of development in the context of the welfare of the people. This study was proposed to find out how the description of the Cisaat Market in Sukabumi Regency is, Knowing the market service levy rates at the Cisaat Market, Sukabumi Regency, Knowing how much effectiveness the Market Service Retribution is at the Cisaat Market, Sukabumi Regency, Knowing the services provided to the community for the management of the levy at the Cisaat Market, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Sukabumi. The author uses descriptive research methods in compiling this Final Report. Data collection techniques used in this research are through interviews, field studies and literature studies. Interviews were conducted with the head of the Cisaat Market UPTD. Field studies were carried out, namely observations to the Cisaat Market and literature studies used, namely through book references, government regulations, journals, and trusted internet sites. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the level of effectiveness in Cisaat Market has been effective with the merchants paying levies quite obediently, the market conditions are said to be good as seen from the proper and well-maintained stalls and kiosks, as well as adequate supporting facilities such as management offices, cooperatives. , electricity, landfills, public toilets, and security by civil defense. The obstacle faced by the collector when billing is that the merchant does not pay according to the levy rate because the position of the kiosk or stall of the merchant is not strategic which causes a lack of visitors.
