Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover and bad credit on profitability. This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach using the IBM SPSS for windows version 20 program. In the Cash Turnover variable (X1), the tcount was - 2.475 and the ttable was 1.99601 with a significant value of 0.16 meaning that Ha1 was accepted, which means Cash Turnover (X1) Has Partial Influence on Profitability (Y). The bad credit variable (X2) obtained tcount -6.664 and ttable 1.99601 with a significant value of 0.000, thus Ha2 is accepted, which means bad credit (X2) has a partial effect on profitability (Y). In the table of F test results, the significance value of F is 0.000, which means that the value of 0.000 <0.05 so that it can be concluded that Cash Turnover (X1), and Bad Credit (X2) have a simultaneous effect on profitability (Y) or in other words, Ha3 is accepted. .
