Abstract

Melati Sukma (1630611035) Muhammadiyah University Sukabumi. Analysis Precision Using Altman Method, zmijewski to predict Financial distress (Acep Suherman, M.AK and Elan Riswanto, SE.MM) Advisors Cement sub-sector companies listed on the IDX. The purpose of this study is to find out which method is more precise by using the Altman method, zmijewski. The methodology used in this research is Comparative analysis with a qualitative approach. The data used in this study are secondary data and data collected through observation, and literature study, data analysis methodology used is the analysis before the field and analysis during and after the field by means of data reduction, data display (data presentation) as well as drawing conclusions and verification . The precision analysis of these two methods is more precise, namely the Zmijewski method because it has a higher level of accuracy than the Altman method, because the zmijewski method emphasizes the amount of debt as the most influential component to bankruptcy or financial difficulties. While the Altman method emphasizes profitability as the most influential component on bankruptcy or financial distress.
