Abstract

Meta Ekawati (1630611038) Muhammadiyah University Sukabumi. Effect of Murabahah Financing and Ijarah Financing on ROA (Return On Assets) Case Study in Three Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia for 2017-2019. (Thesis supervisor Mumu M. Fadjar Drs. M. Ak and Tina Kartini SE. M.Esy). This study aims to determine the effect of murabahah financing and ijarah financing on ROA (Return On Asset). The variables used in this study are murabaha financing, ijarah financing and ROA (Return On Asset). This research was conducted using quantitative methods with an associative approach. The population in this study is the financial statements of the Sharia Commercial Banks in the 2017-2019 period as many as Three Sharia Commercial Banks and 36 financial statement samples are taken. In this study sampling the sample with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are the classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate: the independent variable is murabaha financing and ijarah financing while the dependent variable is ROA (Return On Asset). The results of this study indicate that partially murabaha financing influences ROA (Return On Assets) with t test results of 3.483 with a significant value of 0.001. As for the partial ijarah financing for ROA (Return On Assets) with t test results of -9,143 with a significant value of 0,000. While simultaneous murabaha financing and ijarah financing have a significant effect on ROA (Return On Assets) with an f test result of 52.990 with a significant value of 0,000. So it can be concluded murabaha financing and ijarah financing have an effect of 76.3% on ROA (Return On Assets) and the remaining 23.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
