Abstract

In Indonesia, sexual violence cases have increased every year. The victims are not only from adults, but also reaching teenagers, children and even toddlers. The phenomenon of sexual violence against children is increasingly occurring and is becoming almost global in various countries. Recently, mass media reports related to cases of sexual violence against children in Sukabumi are increasingly widespread. One of the causes of sexual violence in children is mass pornomedia. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 as it is today, there has been a rapid development of computers and recording automation in all fields. Advances in technology have made it possible for everyone, including children, to easily obtain information including offerings on sexual life. This is the impact of the influence of telecommunications media networks, especially the internet. Therefore, in an effort to reduce and prevent cases of sexual violence against children more broadly, especially in Sukabumi, on this occasion we will conduct research related to internet content filtering to limit access to pornographic information especially to children young children. The type of research that will be carried out is the development of software with the Squid proxy server application that aims to provide an alternative for healthy and safe internet data access. Stages of research consist of analysis, study of literature, data collection, optimization of software performance, testing of optimization results, application of test results, and evaluation.
