Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) How is the implementation of the system and procedures for the procurement of medicine supplies at the Health Center t; 2) to find out more about whether or not the implementation of the system and procedures for the procurement of drugs at Health Center is appropriate; 3) to know the procedures for implementing the system and procedures for the procurement of medicine supplies at the health center. T. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, and the data obtained were analyzed by 1) collecting data; 2) data reduction; 3) data presentation; 4) draw conclusions. The results showed that 1 basically the implementation of the system and procedure for the procurement of drugs at the health center has been going well and effectively, it can be seen from, planning and determining needs is always done, drug procurement is always done well and the Health Center always makes RKO at In procurement, the receipt of drugs is always checked directly and always makes reports, storage is always carried out in a place that meets the requirements, distribution is always carried out either directly through the health center or through posyiandu / pustu, elimination of expired / damaged drugs is always carried out, physical calculations of supplies always routinely carried out once a month; 2 The implementation of the system and procedures for the procurement of drugs at the Ciracap Community Health Center, Ciracap District, Sukabumi District, based on the research results, is in accordance with the will but there are still many deficiencies in carrying out systems and procedures in accordance with the Health Center SOP; 3) Stem and accounting procedures for drug supplies that apply to ciracap Health Center are still finding some weaknesses or obstacles that can harm the Health Center.
