Abstract

The title of this research is “Perilaku Hedonisme Pada Tokoh dalam novel Crazy Rich Asians karya Kevin Kwan”. The purposes of this research are to find out the hedonism of the characters and the impact of hedonism to the characters. The theory of this research using Abrams theory with character depiction and Mowen Minor’s lifestyle theory. The method of this research using qualitative descriptive with sociology of literature approach. The result of this research describes about hedonism of the characters who have wealth and luxurious lifestyle. The impact of hedonism to the characteristic are mentally frail, arrogant, and shortminded.
