Abstract

This research is entitled Abnormal Psychology on Sir Wargrave's Character in Novel And Then There Were None by: Agatha Christie. This study aims at reveal the personality of the character and the symptoms of psychological disorder behavior that refers to the abnormal psychology of Sir Wargrave's character. The method applied in this research is a qualitative method which is described descriptively and uses a literary psychology approach. In the results of the research, Sir Wargrave has abnormal personality pulses refers to abnormal psychological behaviors and is a symptom of psychopathic disorders in accordance with the symptoms stated in the Psychopath Check List-Revised (PCL-R) by dr. Hare. The psychological disorder that has been formed from childhood gets bigger when Sir Wargrave is old and takes aggressive actions by designing a series of murders on an island.
