Abstract

ANALISIS PENERAPAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (SMK3) PADA PERUSAHAAN BIDANG JASA KONSTRUKSI DI SUKABUMI MENGGUNAKAN METODE IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS (IPA). Muhammad Bagja Kurnia. 1630111011 Occupational Healt and Safety is the most important part of construction work, because in it affects human, economic, environmental and legal aspects which have a big responsibility. But in fact, in construction work, there are still a lot of accidents that occur in the development area because of the low awareness of Occupational Health and Safety. Occupational Health and Safety Management System, is the best effort to tackling occupational danger and accidents, and the applicable laws and regulations, namely Government Regulation no. 50 of 2012. In this research, researcher conducted a study of the application of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in construction service companies in Sukabumi with Government Regulation no. 50 of 2012 as a reference instrument for obtaining data. This research is analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. In the research analysis of the application of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in construction companies, there are 54 question attributes distributed to 57 respondents consisting of construction service companies active in contracting companies. The results of the analysis of 14 question attributes which according to importance are very important but low application, therefore must be efforts to improve their performance. Then, there are 27 question attributes in good application according to importance, it is necessary to maintain or further improve the performance of the application of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System from the question attributes.
