Abstract

WIDA ADAWIAH. 2020. Farmer Satisfaction Level on performance of agricultural extension workers (case study of Mangunjaya village, Waluran District, Sukabumi District). Guided by Reny Sukmawani and Ema Hilma Meilani. The purpose research is to know the level satisfaction of farmers agricultural extension performance. The method of research is survey. The technic sampling used Cluster Sampling. The data analyzed using Scale Rating. The results of researches that farmers were satisfied with the 9 indicators of agricultural extension performance, that was including the potential data of the region, the implementation of agricultural extension program, dissemination of agricultural technology information to main actors, increasing the capacity of main actors, growing the growth of farmers resources, increased access to the main actors market information, technology, infrastructure and financing, increased produtivity and business scale of the main actors and Increase of revenues. The recommendation to agricurtular extention it was corresponding between counseling with the needs of farmers, providing farming skills, in improving the productivity, quantity and quality of the commodity farming.
