Abstract

Catfish is known as a commodity that has a bright prospect, the business of this company has a relatively good recording system, to find out the real level of profit, that the financial analysis in this company is feasible to be conducted. The research was aimed at analyzing the financial feasibility of catfish growth efforts at CV Bumi Surya Tani Farm by means of quantitative analysis method. The results of the research indicate that the catfish growth business at CV Bumi Surya Tani Farm is feasible to run, it can be observed in the results of the analysis that has been conducted through several investment criteria on cash flow, profit and loss, and switching value such as NPV> 0, namely Rp. 16,350,172, Gross B / C is 1.01, Net B / C> 1 is 1.7, IRR> 6.0% is 16%, PP < business life is 2 years 3 months and the results of switching value analysis with tolerance for price increases feed is above 2.42%. Suggestions in the research are increasing the amount of catfish production, paying attention to sensitive matters that might cause harm, and expanding marketing.
