Abstract

The research was entitled "Evaluation of Electronic Identity Card (E-KTP) at the Population and Civil Registry Department of Sukabumi City". The research was aimed af evaluating the policy of E-KTP at the Population and Civil Registry Department of Sukabumi City. Research method applied was qualitative approach in which the research conducted is descriptive or describing factual phenomena from the field. The techniques of collecting data applied were interview, observation and documentation related to the research. The techniques of analyzing data were conducted qualitatively. The research deployed six variables of policy evaluation from William N. Dunn such as effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, leveling, responsiveness, and accuracy. The conclusion acquired from the research is that the evaluation of E-KTP policy at the Population and Civil Registry Department of Sukabumi City has been implemented well observed from effectiveness, leveling, responsiveness, and accuracy. However, observed from efficiency and adequacy, it has not been as good as the previous variables. For this reason, the success of implementation of E-KTP at the Population and Civil Registry Department of Sukabumi City is hampered.
