Abstract

This research is aiming to know understanding of concepts for students at multiplication, the passing grade of students based on evaluation result, observation of teacher, students activity and student affective assessment in learning process by using model realistic mathematic education at multiplication. The type of this research is designed by using classroom action research that implemented in two cycles and the subject of this research were students of class III-A at SDN 2 Sukamanah Cisaat that choosen was 27 students. The data were collected by teacher observation sheet, student observation sheet, student affective assesment sheet and test. The data got then analyzed by using mean score and percentage formula. Based on results of research conducted showing that understanding of concepts for students on multiplication based on test result was found completed because sufficient classical mastery 70% at first cycle and increased at second cycle to 92%, the ability of teacher in manage class and learning obtained by percentage 64% at first cycle and increased at second cycle to 82%, in student activities percentage rate obtained 68% at first cycle and increased to 80% at second cycle. As for the data got in affective assessment sheet was 64% at first cycle and increased to 80% at second cycle.
