Abstract

Background of this research behind the low speaking skills especially in lesson Indonesia language. One of the ways that can be used for resolve the problem that is with using model learning. One of model learning is Time Token. This research intend for increase student speaking skills though the application of the model Time Token in SD Negeri Cimacan 3 Kecamatan Cipanas Kabupaten Cianjur. This research is a research class action (PTK) kemmis model and Taggart Carried out in two cycles. The subject of this study were students class III B in SD Negeri Cimacan 3 which amounted to 32 students. Data collection instrument used is an observation sheet, tes interview guidelines, field notes, and documentation. The results of the research cycle I showed the speaking skills of class III B students obtained classical completeness by 67% with a ratio of 33% of students who were not yet complete. The result of research in cycle II show the speaking skills of students class III B get classical completeness which is obtained as 91% of student with 9 % incomplete student comparison. This research concluded through application of the model Time Token can improve student speaking skills in learning Indonesia language in III B student SD Negeri Cimacan 3 Kabupaten Cianjur 2018/2019.
