Abstract

Eli ismawati (1430611105) Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi. Effect of Earning per Share (EPS) and liquidity ratio on financial performance (Supervisor Evi martaseli, M.AK and Elan Eriswanto, SE, MM) This study aims to determine the effect of earnings per share (EPS) and liquidity ratios on financial performance in sub-pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in the Indonesian stock exchange. This research was conducted on the Indonesia stock exchange. the variables used in this study are Earning per Share (EPS) and liquidity ratio to financial performance. This research method uses a type of quantitative research. The population in this study is the financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The samples used are 32 samples that are used by the type of data used are secondary data and nonparticipant observations, while using the data Program Statistics (SPSS version 24.0 for windows). Which consists of descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, normality test, hetericedasticity test, multicorrelation test, autocorrelation test, multiple regression analysis test hypothesis test, t test, f test, determination coefficient test. The results showed that partially showed that Earning per Share (EPS) had a positive and significant effect on financial performance and a positive and significant liquidity ratio on financial performance. Simultaneous test results show that Earning per Share (EPS) and the Liquidity ratio together have an effect on financial performance.
