Abstract

Farming sector in Indonesia has become one of the major commodity producers for both domestic and overseas purposes. However, Indonesian agriculture still uses conventional systems and is still dependent on the prevailing season in Indonesia. The following seasons are followed by uncertain weather changes, causing farmers to not predict the exact crops that will result in causing loss for the farmers. However, technology in the field of agriculture is increasing, to overcome this problem one of the technology that has been widely applied that is greenhouse technology. Greenhouse was claimed to increased crop productivity and crop yields. But like conventional systems, when plants do not meet the need of water, light, temperature, and other requirements, plants productivity will decrease to cause crop failure. The problem solving is automation in the treatment of plants where all plant requirements are given automatically according to the parameters required by the plants. And for android app to monitor the conditions right from the greenhouse itself and set subjects related to greenhouses. With this plant can avoid the symptoms of etiolation. As well, the conditioned plant growth.
