Abstract

This research aims to create a system that facilitates the citizens in delivering their aspirations quickly and effectively to the municipal council of the City of Sukabumi as a consideration in carrying out its legislative functions as regulated in Law Number 32 of 2004 on the Regional House of Representatives. The system is entitled e-aspiration as a container of citizens aspirations using waterfall method. This type of research using qualitative research methods using inductive approach analysis which means data will be represented in the form of words. Data collection in this research is done through observation, interview and literature study in order to create something ¬e-aspiration system that can accommodate and channel the aspiration of citizens. The results of this study shows that e-aspiration system can be a system that can accommodate the needs of the citizens in the delivery of aspirations quickly, effectively and informatively, can also help the municipal council in accommodating citizen’s aspirations based on various aspirations categories.
