Abstract

The title of the research is “ Gangguan Psikologi Tiga Tokoh Utama dalam Novel The Girl On The Train karya Paula Hawkins ”. This research was conducted to determine the description of psychological disorders suffered by the three main characters and the relationship between the three characters with other characters. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method with a literary psychology approach. Based on the results of the study, psychological disorders suffered by three main characters include; Rachel's character suffered from severe depression due to failure in the process of IVF and divorce with her husband who was having an affair, a character suffering from severe trauma due to the loss of her brother and daughter, while Anna suffered from excessive anxiety because of fear of the affair she had done before.
