Abstract

Sukabumi-Cianjur Road Section Km.13 There are factories that cause large traffic generations that cause traffic jams. This study aims to analyze the performance of the SukabumiCianjur Km.13 Road segment that is impacted by traffic generation due to factories and analyzes the concept of traffic management and management in order to overcome the congestion. The method used to analyze roadway performance and analyze the concept of traffic engineering management is using the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997, which includes Road Capacity, Traffic Volume, Momentary Speed and Service Level. At factory entry the highest V / C value on Monday was 0.8928, service level E, average speed 1.69 km / hour. At factory out time the highest V / C value is 0.76584, service level D, average velocity 0.90 km / h. After implemented several concepts of traffic engineering management simultaneously predicted at the factory entrance value of the highest V / C 0.33266, service level C and at hours out the highest V / C value 0.37566, service level C.
