Study of Khasus Minajaya Beach, Ujung Genteng Beach and Geopark Ciletuh Beach are brerada in Surade Subdistrict, Ciracap Subdistrict and Ciemas Subdistrict Sukabumi Regency. (Advisors Chofiuddin Muchlis, M.Ak and Ade Sudarma SE. M., M This study aims to determine the influence of local revenue (PAD) and retribution of Tourism Tourism Development Facility Development. The Development of Tourism Objects is an effort to increase the Original Revenue through Retribution of Tourism and simultaneously increase the economic activity in the tourist attractions. Development Any tourism development of type and name requires a creative and innovative management function based on careful planning, consistent implementation, and measurable and constructive evaluation. Tourism development of any kind and name requires a creative and innovative management function based on mature planning, consistent implementation, and measurable and constructive evaluation of this research using descriptive quantitative method of tools used in this research is a questionnaire with Likert scale. The result of partial test in this research shows that the influence of local income is influential but not significant to the development of tourism object of statistical result t table at the significant level of 5% from the sig value or 0.368> the significant level of 0.05 (5%), while the local levy has an effect significantly to the development of tourism facilities at a significant level of 5% of the sig value or 0.000 <0.05 (5%) significant level. The result of simultaneous test in this research shows that the influence of Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) and Tourism Retribution have significant effect to Tourism Facility Development because f count> f table (9,677>2,783).
