Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Know the Financial Planning and Implementation of Village Development in the Village Bnyumurni, Cibodas, Cibitung, Cidahu, and Village Talagamurni. (2) To know what constraints are experienced in the Implementation of Village Development in Banyumurni Village, Cibodas, Cibitung, Cidahu, and Talagamurni Village. (3) Know the impact if there is no Planning and Implementation in Banyumurni Village, Cibodas, Cibitung, Cidahu, and Talagamurni Village. This research is done by Quantitative method. Data collected through questionnaire and observation which further in the data by using SPSS 24 for windows. The results showed that (1) Based on research conducted in Banyumurni Village, Cibodas, Cibitung, Cidahu, and Talagamurni Village. Shows that planning on the Implementation of Development has been done, but there are some developments that initially planned not to be realized. (2) Implementation of Development in Banyumurni, Cibodas, Cibitung, Cidahu and Talagamurni Villages there are constraints faced by the lack of human resources of the village apparatus in performing the tasks affecting the performance of the village government, as well as the lack of funding influences in the implementation of village development program and participation communities tend to influence the Implementation of Development (3) Unsalpted and accountable village governments will create suspicion and disbelief of the community towards the Village Government.
