Abstract
RENSI NOVIANTI. Phytoremediation of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Using Lettuce in Sandpit Lake Water No. 6 Cikahuripan Village Cianjur Regency. Supervised by Pelita Octorina, Novita MZ, and Robin. This study was aimed to determine best lettuce treatment in reduce nitrogen and phosphorus along for test the survival of the lettuce in sandpit lake water no 6 Cikahuripan village Cianjur regency. The research was conducted on June 2017. The study was conducted using mesocosm mounted in floating net cages. Sampling is done twice that is H0 and H7. The data have been collected and analyzed by using analysisof variance (ANOVA) with the design used is complete randomized design (RAL). The results showed that the first and final temperatures revolve 25ºC, the inisial and acidity (pH) revolve 6, dissolved oxygen 2.57 -3.49 mg/L, nitrate 0.33-0.45 mg/L, nitrites 0.25-0.036 mg/L, TAN 0.126-0.24 mg/L, orthoposphate 0.22-0.45 mg/L. Based on the research results that the lettuce treatment 40% able to decrease TAN by 0,002 mg/L, and capable of decreasing orthophosphate by 0.26 mg/L. Descriptively 40% lettuce treatment can reduce nitrogen and phosphorus also produce the highest survival of lettuce.
