Abstract

Based on the survey conducted by researchers, the mastery of dribbling techniques on extracurricular students SMA Negeri 1 Nagrak Kabupaten Sukabumi has not been maximized yet. Many players tend to make fundamental mistakes in dribbling, such as leg distance and the legs are too far legs. This study aims to determine the effect of speed-agility exercise on the ability of dribbling in extracurricular students SMA Negeri 1 Nagrak Kabupaten Sukabumi. The type of research used in this study is experimental with research design using Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The instrument is a Dribbling Zig-Zag test. The subjects of the study were students of extracurricular futsal in SMA Negeri 1Nagrak as many as 24 students. Based on the results of research in the experimental group obtained the value of t arithmetic (2.94)> t table (1.78), it means there is the effect of speed-agility exercise on dribbling ability in extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 1 Nagrak Kabupaten Sukabumi. Based on the results in the experimental group can be concluded for this study that there is a significant effect of speed-agility exercise on dribbling ability in extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 1 Nagrak Kabupaten Sukabumi.
