Abstract

The research is entitled internal coordination influence toward employee work performance at Work Publik Service Sukabumi Regency. Based on result of beginning observation that is conducted, employee work perfomance at Work Public Service Sukabumi Regency is not optimal yet. It is caused by lack of employee internal coordination. The research applies internal coordination teory from Arifin and Muhammmad that covers principle dimension of direct contact, emphasis coordination, feedback and work perfomance theory from Mitchell (in Sedarmayanti) that covers work quality, punctuality, initiative, ability, and communication. Research menthod applied survey menthod with explanation level that is associative qualitative. Sample colletion technique appled insidental sampling. The population members were 119 employees with 55 samples employee of Work Public Service Sukabumi Regency. Based on research result, show that internal coordination has significant influence toward employee work perfomance at Work Public Service Sukabumi Regency. It is suitable with the result analysis quantitatively that is determination coefficient result as must as 54,3% and the excellence of variable x is in coordination emphasis dimension on direction unity indicator in order meanwhile the lowest dimension is in feedback dimension with employee obedience indicator in finalizing work and excellence of variable y. There is work quality dimension on acuracy indicator in finalizing task meanwhile the lowest dimension is on communication dimension with indicator of providing internet network. The suggestion is proposed to increase disipline and employee responsibility in duty implementation. Work Publik Service Sukabumi Regency must maximize office facility particulary internet network so that communication can run more effective.
