Abstract

The research was conducted at SD Negeri Bantar Jati to find out the collaboration between schools and school committees in managing educational facilities and infrastructure. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data sources in this study were the School Committee, Principal, Infrastructure Section and all 15 teachers. The instrument used is a questionnaire / questionnaire. The management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SD Negeri Bantar Jati is carried out in various ways. Starting from the management, procurement, utilization, maintenance, and supervision. The results showed that the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning at Bantar Jati Public Elementary School was included in the fairly good category. This is shown through a scale with an average score of 76.45% (enough category). Referring to the research results, the authors provide suggestions for teachers and school principals to further enhance school and school committee collaboration in managing educational facilities and infrastructure. These include school committees being involved in training to improve teacher competency, procuring books, learning tools, repairing educational facilities and infrastructure (repairing classrooms, rehabilitating school buildings, field management, making school gardens, completing teacher and school administration), and improving the quality of management. school. Based on the results of research at Bantar Jati Elementary School, if the facilities and infrastructure are good, then they can improve the quality of learning and the quality of education properly.
