Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the use of PosPay services affect the level of revenue and assess the effect of internal control on the level of revenue of PT Pos Indonesia, Sukabumi Branch. This study uses an associative quantitative method by collecting data through distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were employees of the Sukabumi Post Office. The results of hypothesis testing using the t test of variable X1 show that the value of 0.502 < 1.999 is no influence and insignificant between the use of PosPay services on the level of revenue, the t test of variable x2 shows that 3.069 > 1.999 and a significance of 0.003 < 0.05, therefore the use of PosPay services and Internal Control affects the level of revenue of PT Pos Indonesia. The results of the F test show that the results of the 5.037 > 3.16 with a significance of 0.010 <0.05, it can be concluded that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the level of income. The results of the coefficient of determination test show the results of 0.207 or 20.7%, which means that variable x affects variable y by 20.7% while 79.3% is influenced by variable y
