Abstract
Auditory hallucinations are stimulus or stimulation disorders where the client hears voices that don't exist, especially human voices, usually the client hears voices according to what the client is thinking which then instructs the client to do something that is harmful to themselves and others. Auditory hallucinations can be controlled using one of the nursing actions, namely by means of talkingtherapy with other people. This study is to determine the level of effectiveness in controlling auditory hallucinations by means of speech therapy. The research used in writing this paper is a case study. Data collection techniques used consisted of observation, interviews and documentation. Clients experience signs and symptoms such as smiling to themselves, laughing to themselves or talking to themselves and acting as if they hear something. Clients of sensory perception disorder cases: These auditory hallucinations are Mrs. E. Talk therapy was carried out for 3 days. Theclient's initial score before talk therapy was 34 (severe) after talk therapy was done, score 14 (moderate) when implementing talk therapy, the author used a questionnaire sheet. What was obtained was that the implementation of conversation therapy was successfully applied to clients with three meetings within three days. From the actions given it has been achieved where the client is able to converse with other people when the client experiences hallucinations. Researchers recommend that clients and families can use conversation therapy techniques to prevent recurrence
