Abstract

Financial records will greatly assist the organization in planning, preparing and making decisions in the future. The Santri Putra Organization (OSPA) has cash that is managed by the treasurer, the recording process is done conventionally so that there are more recording formats and when a writing error occurs, you have to rewrite or replace the previous format with a new one. Based on this background, we need a software that can help human work. By creating a web-based cash financial recording application using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method, the application development model uses the waterfall model. The waterfall model is one of the application development methods that is carried out sequentially (sequentially) starting from the stages of analysis, design, coding, testing and supporting stages. The PHP programming language is used to create software because it is easy to understand, plus the codeigniter framework which has the concept of model, view and controller (MVC) makes it easier for developers to create applications. After conducting this research, the finance department is very supportive of making a webbased cash financial recording application and hopes that it can be used and facilitates the process of recording cash finances.
