Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of good extracurricular futsal players at SMAN 1 Sagaranten in terms of shooting accuracy using the instep so that players often waste opportunities and fail to score goals. This study aims to determine target versus variation training on shooting accuracy in futsal extracurricular activities at SMA 1 Sagaranten. This study uses a quantitative method of experimental type. Using the Two Group PreTest - Post Test Design research design, the population and sample in this study were 20 futsal players at SMAN 1 Sagaranten using a total sampling technique to determine the sample. This study uses the Shooting Accuracy Test instrument as a tool for collecting research data. The results of the research that has been done in analyzing the data show that there is a significant effect of target training and variation training, target training has a more significant effect than variation training. with an average increase in the target exercise value of 7% > from the variation exercise value which only has an average increase value of 2.9%.
