Abstract

MUNAWAROH ASMAUSSAADAH. Kandungan Nutrisi Lemna Polyrhzza, Wolffia schleidenii Miq, dan Azolla microphylla, Sebagai Tumbuhan Yang Berpotensi Untuk Sumber Pakan Ikan. Dibimbing oleh DIKDIK MULYADI dan RENI MULYANI. Koi is a fish that has a high economic value due to having a very beautiful body shape and color so that it is in great demand by the public. The purpose of this study was to analyze the nutritional content of Lemna, Wolffia and Azolla plants and their effect on the growth of freshwater fish. Lemna, Wolffia and Azolla were planted and then applied as freshwater fish feed for 1 month by giving 2 times a day and proximate analysis was carried out to determine the nutritional content. The results of the proximate analysis showed that the highest protein and fat content were found in azolla, respectively, as much as 27.72% and 13.33%. While the lowest water content and ash content contained in woffia were 01.01% and 0.91% respectively. The results of testing alternative feeds for freshwater fish showed that there was a difference in fish weight after being fed with lemna, wolffia and azolla. Where azolla gave the greatest growth effect on fish with an average weight gain of 120.2 gram.
